The draft design by Brenner / Krohm Architekten is inspired by the urban environment of the quarter around Savignyplatz with its Belle Époque character. At the same time, Wieland&Pestalozzi continues the time-honored domestic culture in the neighborhoods around Kurfürstendamm.
